Brief and goal
We sit down with you and work out what the event needs to achieve — team motivation, brand image, business meetings. Without a goal there's nothing to direct.

Concept and budget
We prepare the creative concept, the running order and a transparent budget. You see where every euro goes before anything is signed.

Production
We secure the venue, the technical setup, suppliers and permits. You approve; we handle the thousand details in the background.

Delivery and review
On the day we're on site from build to load-out. Afterwards you get a review and the groundwork for next year's edition.
