Terms of Service
The terms under which Eventiva provides event organization and production services.
This is a standard draft of the terms of service. We recommend a legal review before publishing, to fine-tune it to the company's actual contractual processes.
1. Introductory provisions
These terms govern the relationship between Events4you SK, s.r.o., Galvaniho 27, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID: 50907930 ("Eventiva") and the client for the provision of event organization and production services (conferences, gala evenings, corporate and public events, team buildings and additional services).
2. Inquiry and quote
Based on the client's inquiry (e.g. via the contact form), Eventiva prepares a non-binding quote tailored to the specific event. The quote is valid for the period stated in it, or, unless stated otherwise, for 30 days from the date it was sent.
3. Formation of the contract
A contractual relationship is formed once the client confirms the quote in writing, or by signing a separate event agreement specifying the scope of services, date, venue and payment terms.
4. Price and payment terms
The price of the services is set out in the quote or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, Eventiva invoices a deposit before the event and the balance after it takes place, with invoices due 14 days from issue.
5. Changes and cancellation terms
Changes to the scope of services after the quote has been confirmed are possible by mutual agreement and may affect the agreed price. If the client cancels the event, Eventiva reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee based on the time remaining until the event date, as set out in the individual agreement.
6. Liability
Eventiva is responsible for the proper delivery of the agreed services with due professional care. Eventiva is not liable for damages caused by circumstances excluding liability (e.g. force majeure, decisions of public authorities).
7. Complaints
Any objections to the services provided must be raised by the client without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the event, in writing to ahoj@eventiva.sk.
8. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the relevant provisions of the Commercial Code.
